Privacy policy

This policy covers tailoraccess.ai, the website. It does not cover the TailorAccess platform, which is not generally available yet and will have its own agreement when it is.
Who we are

What we collect
Only two things, and only because you hand them to us:
- Your email address, if you sign up to follow the build.
- Your charter application, if you fill one in: your name, email, shop name, roughly what you do in annual sales, what systems you run today, and what eats your week.
We also collect standard website analytics: pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, what kind of device, and how you arrived. That data is aggregated and we do not try to tie it back to you by name.
What we do not collect
No order data. No customer lists. No payment details. No logos or artwork. This website does not touch the operating side of your business, because there is nothing here to operate yet.
Why we collect it
- To send you updates about what we are building, if you asked for them
- To have a conversation with you about charter membership, if you applied
- To understand which parts of this page people actually read
That is the whole list. We do not build advertising profiles and we have no interest in doing so.
Who else sees it
Service providers who help us run the site and send email, each of which sees only what it needs:
- HighLevel, our CRM and email platform, for the list and the application
- Google Analytics, for aggregated site analytics
- Leadpages, which hosts the site, stores what you type into the forms, and necessarily sees requests to the site
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with suppliers, vendors, or anyone else in the industry. If you are a distributor, your interest in us is nobody else's business, and we are aware that this is a small industry where that matters.
If we are ever legally compelled to hand something over, we will tell you unless we are prohibited from telling you.
Cookies
The analytics above set cookies. Nothing on this site runs advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block all of it in your browser and every part of this website will still work.
How long we keep it
Your email stays on the list until you take yourself off it. Charter applications we keep while the charter program is open, and after that only if you became a customer.
Getting removed
Every email we send has a working one-click unsubscribe. Or write to privacy@tailoraccess.ai and ask, and we will remove you and confirm that we did.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to ask what we hold about you, ask for it in a portable form, or ask us to correct it. Same address, same answer: we will do it.
Children
This is a business-to-business website for people who run promotional products companies. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If we ever change it in a way that materially affects people already on the list, we will email them rather than quietly editing this page.
