What these terms cover
This website, tailoraccess.ai, and the two things you can do on it: join the list to follow the build, and apply to be a charter member.
They do not cover the TailorAccess platform. When the platform is available to you, it will come with its own agreement, and that agreement will govern your use of it. These terms govern a website.

This site is informational
Everything on this website describes what we are building and what we intend to charge. None of it is an offer, a contract, or a price commitment.
Specifically:
- The five percent describes our intended pricing. It is not a quote and it does not bind
- A free first year for charter members describes the intent of the charter program.
- Applying to be a charter member does not make you one. We are selecting a small group, we
either of us until there is a signed agreement that says so.
What follows it lives in the actual agreement.
may say no, and saying no is not a breach of anything.
Features described as coming are not finished
This site marks what is working today and what is being built. The second list is a statement of what we are working toward, in good faith, on the information we have now. Scope, timing, and approach can all change, and some of it will.
Do not make a business decision that depends on an unbuilt feature arriving on a particular date. If a date matters to you, ask us directly and we will tell you honestly what we know.
Using the site
Normal expectations: do not break into it, do not try to break it, do not scrape it at volume, do not use it to send anybody anything they did not ask for, and do not misrepresent who you are when you fill in a form.
What belongs to whom
The TailorAccess name, the mark, the wordmark, the penguin and his name, the copy on this site, and the design are ours. You are welcome to link to any of it and to quote it with attribution. You are not welcome to reuse the marks or the character as your own.
Anything you send us in a charter application stays yours. We use it to evaluate your application and to talk to you about it, as described in the privacy policy.
Where we link out to someone else's site, that site is theirs and not ours, and we are not responsible for what is on it.
No warranty, and limits
This website is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and current to the best of our ability and we do not guarantee that every word of it is complete or error free, or that the site is always available.
To the extent the law allows, TailorAccess, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, and our total liability relating to this website is limited to the amount you have paid us to use this website, which is nothing.
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the current version is always the one on this page.
